Strolling Into Spring

A couple weeks ago, I received an email from eShakti, an online retailer that custom makes clothing for your specific measurements. My interest was sparked, and I found myself instantly clicking on the email. Featured in Glamour and Oprah Magazine, among many others, I had heard of the brand a couple times, but never got around to ordering anything from them. When the talks of collaboration came up, I was so excited to finally try a garment from their website.

After browsing the site for an hour, and gawking over all of the gorgeous dresses and skirts, I clicked on this dress. The 70’s like style and print automatically caught my eye. The navy and light blue color combination makes for a perfect palette, the small purple designs complimenting them nicely. The unique neckline and cut of the dress couldn’t be any more flattering. The pockets on the dress are conveniently placed for a relaxed look. What I’m getting to is this dress is the perfect piece for spring!

You can customize everything from the pockets, to the sleeves, to the length. I entered in my measurements (which are permanently engraved in my mind from modeling), and selected options such as arm length, height, and shoulder width. When the dress came it fit perfectly, but was a bit long. This was completely my mistake as I didn’t realize you could request different lengths. I rolled the bottom up and used good old safety pins to get the desired length. Other than that, everything was perfect.

It can be hard to keep up with all of the trends, especially now. It seems there are a thousand different styles that are in this season. One of my favorites though, is the heavily printed dresses, like the one above. I accessorize a cute printed dress with a cute pair of sandals, a floppy hat, or even a belt. Good accessories are a must with adorable spring dresses.

Do you have a favorite style dress for spring?

  19. Now, iOS 10 takes all those things and pushes them forward. The design is getting cleaner and more consistent. The architecture is becoming more open and convenient. The wiring, much smarter and even more secure. It's taken time — and pain — getting the physics, extensibility, and intelligence to this point. Now Apple gets to — and has to — pay it all off. to get more information go to cydianerd.
